FAQs

What's required for the coffee bar?

  • A dedicated 110 volt, 20 amp electrical circuit with an outlet located within 25 feet of the serving area. Please inform us if the distance to the outlet is further than 25 feet.

  • Set up requires 6 to 10 feet of space: 3 to 4 feet for the espresso machine cart and an additional 3 to 6 feet for the buffet table used for flavorings, steaming pitchers, and tea.

  • We require access to the serving area at least 30 minutes before serving time.

  • A 50% deposit is required for private events. Upon cancellation, the deposit will be 100 % refundable 14 days before the event. Fifty percent of the deposit will be refunded if canceled 8 to 13 days before the scheduled date.

  • When selecting a location for our service, please consider that preparation of some specialty drinks may produce noise.

What types of events can you host?

  • Whether your event is a conference, trade show, sales call, employee/tenant appreciation event, or social event, we bring a personal touch.

What's included in the coffee bar?

  • One or two baristas/servers per espresso bar

  • LAVAZZA espresso, regular and decaf

  • Six milk choices: whole, low, non-fat, almond, soy, and oat milk

  • Routin 1883 & Ghirardelli brand flavoring syrups 

  • A selection of hot teas, black and herbal (decaf) 

  • Whip cream, caramel, fudge, cocoa, nutmeg, and cinnamon toppings

  • Sugar, Raw Sugar, Splenda, Equal, Sweet & Low, and Stevia

  • Recyclable paper cups, lids, sleeves, cold cups, wood stir sticks & napkins

  • Iced lattes and cold cups are included on request for a small additional fee.

  • ​We serve in recyclable paper cups unless provided with china/glass cups or mugs.
